"The Matrimonial Classifieds" (referred to in this Privacy Policy as "The Classifieds," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") is a self-directed matrimonial classifieds platform having website at www.matrimonialclassifieds.com and is owned and operated by ARMEIS Advisory Pvt Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, process, disclose, and safeguard personal information in connection with the Platform.

Outside India, services are provided by Vows for Eternity Inc., a New York corporation.

In India, services are provided by ARMEIS Advisory Pvt Ltd, registered in New Delhi, India.

The entity responsible for providing the Platform and determining the purposes and means of processing your personal information, will generally be the entity serving your jurisdiction. Your personal information may be collected, processed, stored, or transferred in India, the United States, or other jurisdictions where we operate. Member profiles and related information are self-reported and the Company does not independently verify, authenticate, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, identity, background, qualifications, or representations made by any Member. Members are responsible for exercising independent judgment and appropriate due diligence before relying on information shared through the Platform or before making any personal, financial, or matrimonial decisions based on interactions with other Members.

Members are encouraged to independently verify information, communicate responsibly, and take appropriate precautions when engaging with other Members.

5. How We Use Information

We may use personal information collected through the Platform to:

• operate and maintain the Platform and to provide access to the Platform;
• create, manage and display member profiles;
• facilitate profile visibility, and interactions and communication between members;
• process memberships, subscriptions, payments, billing, and related transactions;
• verify accounts, maintain security, detect misuse, and prevent fraud and to improve Platform security and reliability;
• improve the Platform's functionality, features, services, security, performance, and overall Member experience in all aspects;
• communicate regarding memberships, billing, updates, support and any change; and

We may use analytics systems, automated monitoring tools, fraud prevention technologies, and internal review processes to maintain Platform integrity and continuously improve the functionality, performance, services and overall experience of the Platform.

Even though Platform provides robust security provisions, Members are requested to take measures to safeguard their interests, including but not limited to maintaining password confidentiality, not sharing login credentials, updating account information, reporting unauthorized access, using secure networks/connection/devices etc.

Members are solely responsible for exercising discretion and appropriate caution when interacting with other Members and before sharing information/details or making personal, financial, or matrimonial decisions.

It is important to point out to members that since the Platform provides matrimonial matchmaking service, the Platform facilitates introductions only. The Platform does not guarantee successful matches, marriage, compatibility or 100% accuracy of member information.

While we implement reasonable measures to protect Member information and maintain Platform security, Members acknowledge that information shared through online interactions may be subject to risks beyond the Platform's reasonable control.

10. Data Retention

We retain your information for the duration of active membership and for such additional periods as reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, backups, archived records, and legitimate business purposes.

You may request deletion of your information, subject to legal, contractual, and operational retention obligations by contacting us and we will process your deletion requests in accordance with applicable law.
