Child Safety Standards

At "The Matrimonial Classifieds", we are committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all users. We strictly prohibit any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and/or posting of any kind of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and take strong measures to take down, address and take appropriate legal action if necessary.

1. Zero Tolerance

We strictly prohibit any content or behaviour that:

• Sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children in any form or manner.
• Involves the grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or sexual exploitation of minors in any form or manner.
• Includes, promotes, depicts, or distributes Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form or manner.
• Encourages or facilitates child abuse or exploitation in any form or manner.

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension, content removal, and reporting to relevant authorities without any notice to the holder/owner of the concerned account.

2. Reporting & User Feedback Mechanism

While we regularly monitor and review our Platform, its T&C, Privacy Policy and all other Rules to ensure compliance with the relevant laws and regulations, we also rely on the support and vigilance of our community. User reports play an important role in helping us identify and respond to harmful content or behavior as quickly as possible.

We therefore request users to immediately report any suspicious or inappropriate activity related to child safety, including any other violations. Users can report concerns through:

When submitting a report, please include all relevant information, such as screenshots, user details, or links, to help us investigate promptly.

All reports are reviewed promptly by our team. We investigate each report in accordance with our Child Safety Standards, applicable laws, and platform policies, and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, suspending or terminating accounts without notice and reporting confirmed violations to the relevant authorities where required by law.

3. Preventive Measures & Compliance

To ensure the safety of children on our platform, we implement the following measures:

• Strict Age Restrictions: Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above.
• By registering for an account or becoming a member with us, each user represents and confirms that they are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts or use our platform, and any account found to have been created by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 will be suspended or permanently removed without notice.
• We regularly update our T&C, Privacy Policy and other Rules to ensure compliance with global legal and operational standards and remove inappropriate content.
• We regularly review and update our child safety policies, moderation practices, and safety measures to align with evolving international standards, legal requirements, and industry best practices for protecting children online.
• Policy Compliance: We comply with all applicable child safety laws, including global CSAE Policy and prevention guidelines and Google Play Developer Program Policies.

4. Handling Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

If CSAM is detected or reported on our app/platform, we take immediate action to protect children and comply with applicable laws. Depending on the circumstances, we may:

• Immediately suspend the concerned account without notice.
• Immediately remove the objectionable content.
• Preserve relevant information and evidence where required by applicable law.
• Report confirmed CSAM and related child exploitation activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities or relevant child protection organizations, as required by law.
• Cooperate fully with authorized authorities during any investigation to help prevent further harm and support child safety.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward CSAM and any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation.
